As soon as the closing was done on that Friday, we rolled up the sleeves and began working on the house. We just got connected internet after arduous fixing and moving that cost us often 3 hr sleep for a day. The kitchen took an incredible amount of time to remake, but we are so glad to see the result that is shaping now.

I say Mr. Hittner as you and I have not met. However, I feel as if I know you nonetheless.
I just want to thank you as I recently completed a new home purchase using the Hittner Group. Everything, and I do mean everything, went better than I had planned or anticipated.
First, let me say that I was originally drawn to the Group by virtue of hearing your Sunday afternoon Radio show on numerous occasions. From that, I could tell that the underlying philosophy and approach of the Hittner Group were consistent with my values. That proved correct.
Keith Jr. was my agent. I am sure you are a very proud father. He was cheerful, professional, organized and diligent. I am confident his guidance enabled me to obtain a very good value for my money. Additionally there was no wasted time in our looking or analyzing. And, of course, there were a few post closing touches which, though may be second nature to your Group, were unexpected by me and brought a big smile to my face.
As it turned out, I utilized associated professionals across the board: Herb for all my new insurance coverage (including my auto), Eric @ Action for moving, your home inspection contact and of course Kelvin for the financing. To a person, all were not only informative, but took the time to educate me on underlying intricacies of the transaction and were simply flat out easy to work with. Each is a person I could easily see being a friend.

Things are going good in the new house. Just about have everything unpacked. Still have some furniture that needs to show up and minor touches here and there. We've met a number of the neighbors all which seem nice. Got the house homesteaded. In fact we did that within a day or 2 after closing. All in all we really like it out there.
Thanks again for everything in getting Quail sold and Glacier purchased. I had my doubts about getting to the finish line but we did it. Mindy and I had a blast working with you guys again. Just make sure you have your license in some warm tropical locale as the next time we do this it will be to retire on a beach .

Hello Keith.
We have decided not to move ahead with the sale of our home. We probably would not have gone ahead if the realtor we were working with had not presented us with a completely inaccurate market analysis. I actually realized this after receiving emailed market analysis updates from your website. I actually recently talked to another realtor who presented us with an accurate CMA and we realized that even if we received an offer at the top of the bracket we would end up upside down financially.
So, sadly, we are not moving ahead. I just thought that you would appreciate some feedback about the valuable emails I had been receiving. I found your site by doing a Google search for market values in my area. I wish I had done this myself before signing with that realtor, but one assumes that all realtors pretty much have the same expertise and any research I would do would be redundant. How wrong I was!

Just wanted to drop you both a line. Stephanie and I appreciate all the hard work you both did to get us into our first home. Before we turned to RHS, we did not have the best people working for us at the time. We had to be the navigators for our Real Estate agent, find the houses we wanted to see and they followed us instead of us following them. I told my wife that this whole process is backwards, why are we working to find our home when they should be doing all the leg work. I decided to go to Lending Tree to start all over and I was looking for a company that could help us in our venture. RHS called and have heard about them but not any experiences. I did some research about the company and nothing but good things came from my findings. Anthony Breede called and he explained the whole process to us and one thing I remember him saying is "not all Real Estate and Lenders are bad, as the TV shows" which I have been leery about since I do a lot of reading and only hear about the bad. We were on the phone for about 2 hours as he was filling me with knowledge and ended by saying a Real Estate Agent was going to call me right away. Keith Hittner Jr. called and before we knew it he was taking us all around looking for homes. To all the new home owners out there, you know how this story ends. My wife and I are in our new home and loving every minute of it and yes, the process was so smooth. I think new home buyers should give this dynamic duo a try and see for yourself.

I just wanted to send you a quick "thank you" for helping my sister, Zack & Nephews find a house and help prepare them for the buying process. They were previously unsure of the qualification process and were very skeptical that they could qualify for a home. I have been to their house 2 times since they got their keys!! Our second visit to their house consisted of painting walls and scraping the carpet glue off the hardwood floor in one of the bedrooms- fun stuff- but we are used to it after all the work we have done on our home!
