Recognized Leader
Keith Hittner is the founding father of The HittnerGroup. Keith has a B.A. in finance, economics and accounting from St. Mary’s University and is a certified public accountant. He currently specializes in the areas of new construction, investment real estate and move up home buyers and sellers.
In 1993, Keith realized that the status quo in real estate was not good enough and that the old fashioned, high-pressure style of selling was not only unfair to clients, but hard on agents as well. He decided to take a unique approach to helping people and translated his philosophy into action by forming the HittnerGroup.
According to Keith, “My objective is to help our clients reach their goals. I’ve discovered that once you get to really know people, you can’t help but care deeply about what happens to them. Our customers know we are looking out for their best interests. More importantly, at The HittnerGroup, we never have to hide from past customers like some agents in this business.”

Our associates are particularly knowledgeable in the category of townhomes condominiums and co-operatives and have considerable expertise in this area of the industry. The result is that our Group has become a recognized leader and has been well received by customers in and around the Greater Twin Cities’ Metropolitan Area. The HittnerGroup has been involved with the design and sale of 10 townhome developments and has been involved in over 500 townhome, condominium and co-op sales all across the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
