LORRAYNE INGRAM Lorrayne Ingram has been successfully active in the real estate community for more than 20 years, and has been associated with the Hittner Group from the beginning. Lorrayne grew up in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and has a degree from Oak Hills Bible Institute in Bemidji, Minnesota. As a Certified Resident Specialist (CRS), she effectively works with all demographic groups of people, but places special emphasis on empty-nesters, investors and townhomes sales. She has worked extensively with urban older homes, as well as newer suburban homes and new construction. “I am committed to ensuring that the goals my clients want to achieve are carried out.” Lorrayne says. “And I am honest and tenacious about meeting those objectives.” She currently lives south of the river with her husband, Ken. They have a grown daughter. Reading is Lorrayne’s favorite form of relaxation.
