Keith Hittner is a Real Estate Broker, a C.P.A. and the founding father of the Hittner Group. Keith has a B.A. in finance, math and accounting from St. Mary’s University and is a certified public accountant. He currently specializes in the areas of new construction, move up home buyers and sellers. Keith also conducts regular seminars teaching first time buyers the ins and outs of purchasing their first home.

In 1993, Keith realized that the status quo in real estate was not good enough and that the old fashioned, high-pressure style of selling was not only unfair to clients, but hard on agents as well. He decided to take a unique approach to helping people and translated his philosophy into action by forming the HittnerGroup. 

According to Keith, “My objective is to help our clients reach their goals. I’ve discovered that once you get to really know people, you can’t help but care deeply about what happens to them. Our customers know we are looking out for their best interests. More importantly, at the HittnerGroup, we never have to hide from past customers like some agents in this business.”

We take a long term view to our relationships. We are here to serve our clients long after they have left the closing table. "One of our treasured delights is when a past customer calls for advice and we are able to help. Because we have worked with so many people in so many different fields, we are able to get the right information with a couple of phone calls to people in our database."

Keith serves on the Minnesota Association of Realtors Governmental Affairs Committee where he is working to benneficially impact home owners and property values with positive legislation initiatives. Keith also serves on the Minnesota Association of Realtors Professional Standards Committee where he is working to insure that the Realtor Code of Ethics is under stood and strictly adheared to. As a member of the Professional Standards Committee I hear complaints and render opinions regarding enforcement actions surrounding Realtor adhearence to our professional code of conduct.

Aside from his love of his work, Keith’s interests include his children, grandchildren, Bible study, travel, classic books, golf, cars and cigars!
